From South Korea to the world, Good Neighbors has helped over 8 million people across the globe. Our organization started to make the world a place without hunger, where people lived together in harmony. 30 years later, we continue to be good neighbours who will reach out to anyone in need of help.
Good Neighbors is providing phone counselling for children in South Korea and is distributing a kit to help with mental health.
At the end of March, Good Neighbors Myanmar signed a COVID-19 emergency response agreement with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
Over $987,000 will be destined to support COVID-19 test kits to diagnose 15,000 people. Read more about our global response.
Good Neighbors’ COVID-19 response in South Korea was highlighted in a piece about home schooling during the pandemic. “Good Neighbors has stepped in to support thousands of students from low-income families. They’re even handing out food parcels to help students concentrate. For many, school can be a place of stability and a daily home cooked meal.”
