Music for Mirpur – a benefit concert featuring Chad Price
Join Good Neighbors Canada as we present Music for Mirpur, a benefit concert featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Chad Price.
Enjoy a reception with complimentary hors d’oeuvres before the benefit concert:
– Cocktail party and silent auction at 7 pm.
– Entertainment with Chad Price and band at 8 pm.
All proceeds go to our Save a School campaign. You will be helping 200 children with tuition assistance, new books and also facility upgrades, equipment and staff training for a school in Mirpur, an area in the slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Save a School campaign was developed from our Hope Letter campaign. This year children will write letters of encouragement to Mina, a little girl who works at a tobacco factory in Mirpur and who dreams of becoming a teacher.

Children’s Museum: our post office is open for business
For the whole month of June, we will have a creation station at the London Children’s Museum, where children will be able to write their messages of support to Mina in Mirpur, Dhaka (Bangladesh).

Our ambassador Chad Price will be performing at the Wolf Performance Hall in downtown London for our Save a School campaign. Proceeds will help rebuild a school and provide access to better education to 200 children.
